By using Otto Planner you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What Otto Planner Is

Otto Planner is an event planning tool that lets you create events, run date polls, manage RSVPs, and coordinate with participants. The service is currently in beta.

2. Who These Terms Apply To

These terms apply to everyone who uses Otto Planner, whether you have an account (“User”) or participate in an event without an account (“Guest”).

• Users can create and manage events and groups, invite participants, and access additional features like calendar sync.
• Guests can join events via invite links, vote in polls, and RSVP — without creating an account.

3. Accounts

To create an account you must be at least 13 years old (in accordance with Danish law). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or guests
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the service’s operation
• Resell, scrape, or commercially exploit the service without permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create on Otto Planner (event descriptions, group names, avatar images, etc.). By using the service, you grant PhPh a limited licence to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

6. Availability and Changes

Otto Planner is provided on an “as is” basis. We do our best to keep the service running and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability — especially during beta.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Where possible, we will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law:

• PhPh is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).

This does not affect any rights you have under mandatory Danish or EU consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

8. Paid Features (Future)

Otto Planner is currently free during the beta period. When paid features are introduced, pricing and payment terms will be communicated in advance.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service.

Upon termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
